Infor & ERP Integration

Middleware that makes Stripe and a user's Infor ERP behave as one system — authorize at order, capture at shipment, refunds, and writeback that ends manual reconciliation. Built for distributors and B2B sellers.

Distributors and B2B sellers run on their ERP, and a Stripe build for them is mostly about making the two work as one system. An order placed in Infor needs payment authorized. When the warehouse ships, the right amount (freight included) gets captured. Returns and cancellations send money back. And every charge posts to the order automatically, so accounts receivable isn’t matching totals by hand at month-end.

We build the middleware that handles all of it: the layer between Stripe, Infor, and the storefront that keeps the three in sync. We’ve built it for some of the largest distributors and manufacturers in the world.

What we build

  • Order-to-cash across every channel. Orders entered in Infor by customer service and orders placed on the storefront (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Unilog, Webflow, and the like) flow through one integration and one reconciliation path.
  • The Stripe payment lifecycle, driven by fulfillment. A payment created at order time, authorized when the order is placed and captured when the warehouse ships. Split shipments become multiple partial captures against a single authorization; freight that lands over the estimate is handled with overcapture; returns and cancellations post as partial or full refunds.
  • Writeback and reconciliation into Infor. On each Stripe event we write the charge ID, captured amount, processing fees, card brand, and last-4 back onto the Infor order and mark it paid, automatically. The monthly manual reconciliation goes away.
  • Stored methods and re-bills. Stripe customer and payment-method references persisted on the customer record, so call-in re-bills and repeat orders don’t ask a returning customer to re-enter a card.
  • B2B payment optimization. Level 2/Level 3 data passed on corporate-card transactions to lift authorization rates and lower interchange, plus ACH for the high-dollar invoices distributors actually run on.
  • In-person, when the counter and the field need it. The same backbone extends to Stripe Terminal — countertop readers, iPad-mounted mobile readers, Tap to Pay, and signature capture on high-value orders.
  • Migration off the legacy gateway. We coordinate moving stored cards onto Stripe with Stripe’s import team so returning customers never re-enter a card, and we sequence the cutover so AR and customer service know exactly what changes and when.

We unlock Stripe where Infor would block it

On these accounts, wiring Stripe into Infor is usually the blocker. The integration is involved enough that it can stall the whole deal, so we take it on and get Stripe live where the ERP would otherwise stand in the way.

Whichever Infor product runs the business

The integration works the same no matter which Infor product sits underneath; what changes is the surface we connect to (Infor OS/ION BODs, a product’s REST or ION API, or a polling fallback where that’s all that’s exposed). We connect Stripe to the Infor line, including:

  • Cloud ERP — Infor CloudSuite, across its industry editions: Industrial (SyteLine), Financials, and Food & Beverage among them.
  • Distribution — Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD), Distribution SX.e, FACTS, and A+.
  • Core ERP — Infor LN, M3, LX, System21, and VISUAL.
  • Hospitality — Infor HMS.
  • Integration layer — Infor OS and ION, where the middleware itself often runs.

If your Infor product isn’t on this list, we can still connect it. The integration works the same way underneath.

Working with your Stripe team

We work at enterprise scale and partner with the Stripe account executive, Professional Services, and solution architects when they’re involved. An ERP integration usually touches a user’s finance and operations teams, so bring us in when a deal needs Stripe wired into Infor by people who have done it before.
