What we build

We start with the pricing model: how the business actually sells, built in Stripe Billing as a single price, a product with monthly, annual, and institutional options, usage-based tiers, or per-seat plans. Then we build the entitlement logic that decides what each customer can access and keeps it accurate as subscriptions change, renew, and lapse.

We handle the operational side too: dunning and Smart Retries that recover failed payments in the product’s own voice, upgrades, downgrades, and proration that match what the contract promised, and reporting your finance team can actually reconcile. The checkout in front of it runs on Stripe Checkout or a custom flow built with Stripe Elements.

We work at enterprise scale and fit into a larger Stripe engagement. On Billing work we partner with the Stripe account executive, Professional Services, and solution architects when they’re involved, taking the implementation while Stripe owns the relationship.
